The groomers are great but be aware they have a policy that if you don’t confirm the appointment you called to make they cancel it. I’ve not missed an appointment with them before, I showed up at the correct time, but did not answer their phone call the day before so when I showed up I was told to reschedule 2 weeks later. I showed up on time with a dog, an appointment and money. What kind of business assumes cancellation because you don’t answer phone calls?
Really enjoyed taking Zoey in to get her birthday treats! She loved it! They added her in to get her nails trimmed at the last minute for me.... Really appreciated!!! 🥰
First time groom for our nervous rescue pup and the staff were so sweet with her! Asher did a great job! She looks so beautiful and smells great 😊 Brought our 2nd pup in after we had such a great first experience with our rescue girl. Murphy looks so handsome and smells heavenly! Asher is so friendly and professional
