Worse experience ever! The young ladies that work there have no customer service skills whatsoever. My son dropped off our dog and was going to pay ahead of time so I would just have to pick up our baby however, when he got there the register was not open. If you’re operating a business you should be ready to go when those doors open. I asked the young lady if my son could pay over the phone as I left my purse/wallet at home thinking I was just going to pick up our dog.
