DISHONEST AND INEXPERIENCED GROOMER!!! Recently moved to this area and wanted to try a new groomer as they were near by. Gave them a call to first find out the price and they said it is $85. When I went into the shop on the appt day, they added bunch of other things and said it is actually $120. Was too busy and just wanted to get it done so I let them do the job, when I went to pick up my dog, they said the total is $150 and I had to fight back to pay promised amount of $120. Love bringing my fur babies, Molly and Theo. I’ve been bringing my dogs here consistently and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the animals they work with. My dogs always come back looking great and well taken care of. It’s nice having a grooming place you can trust. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable groomer.
We get our dog groomed here regularly and they handle his long hair perfectly (they don't just clip it short because of a single knot). It's a wonderful place to shop as well!
This place is beyond unprofessional. Brought my dogs for grooming and they completely disregarded our requests. Charged us extra for what they considered matting and somehow my dogs still ended up completely shaven down. When I addressed things with the staff + manager they didn’t even take accountability. Will not be going back and don’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service, mediocre groomers.
I brought my cavapoo in for grooming and had such a great experience. The staff was kind, patient, and did an incredible job. My dog came out looking amazing and happy. My y pup looks adorable and was so well taken care of. Highly recommend!
