I have been a loyal Woof Gang customer for the past two years, regularly taking my dog to their Atlanta locations. After moving to Arlington, I chose to continue using Woof Gang because I had always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience at the Arlington location was very different. My dog had a grooming appointment between approximately 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Within hours of returning home, he was having difficulty opening his left eye. They do such a great job! I've been going to them for a year now after the last place I went to heart my dog!
It says you can grab a same day appointment but you cannot. You need to book weeks in advance.
I just picked my dog up for a mini groom which took less than 30 mins and a charge of $90. No way could my dog have gotten washed, dried and cleaned up in such a short time. More often than not my dog either looks worse than he did going in or there is minimal difference. The groomers definitely need more grooming experience. My dogs groom is always choppy with long bits of hair sticking out all over as if a blind person did the cutting.
