I scheduled my dog for grooming at this place not because I liked it, but because it is close to my home. That day I had an issue with my car's battery and needed a neighbor to jump it. I was 15 minutes late and the receptionist, instead of calling my cell to see if I was on my way, cancelled my dog's appointment and called another dog instead. i went to this store to get my dog groomed and i was extremely happy with the outcome! quick service and although it is quick they do the dog straight through unlike some other places. very attentive to detail! thank you katherine and ariel for talking with me and jordan at the front desk was lovely to talk to! great service here at woofgang bakery and grooming arlington. highly reccomend.

When the worker came to bring her to the back he forcefully dragged her by the leash as she freaked out and yelped for help. She disappeared behind the back door and it left my confused and worried about how she was being treated

My mini-labradoodle can be on the anxious side. Drop off is easy here as the manager is very good with dogs and seems to book only 1 dog/groomer at a time (which means there aren't tons of dogs in crates waiting to be groomed or picked up and whining). My doodle is always happy to see me, and doesn't seem stressed, when I pick her up at Woof Gang after her grooming. The groomer is very good at avoiding the "sheared sheep" look in spite of my dog hating to be brushed in-between grooming appointments. I have to say not true at... read more
