Would highly recommend against bringing your dog here for grooming. After an experience I had recently and then reading the other reviews, it's clear there's a pattern of groomers who do not care for the dogs and do not treat them well. If you want your dog to be safe and cared for, I'd go elsewhere.

Staff is amazing! I have been going to them for years, he remembers them and they continue to give him a great care, love and grooming (bernedoodle). When picking him up, he doesn't want to leave

I have been a loyal Woof Gang customer for the past two years, regularly taking my dog to their Atlanta locations. After moving to Arlington, I chose to continue using Woof Gang because I had always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience at the Arlington location was very different. My dog had a grooming appointment between approximately 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Within hours of returning home, he was having difficulty opening his left eye.
