I usually shop at the one in Augusta on Washington Road. went to this one to get treats. was not greeted when walking in, the lady at the register was in a personal conversation with a customer, then afterwards still did not address us, we asked her for help. then she couldn't even help and got the lady who was grooming a dog to come out. then she couldn't figure out how to ring up our purchase

I am deeply disturbed by the level of disrespect shown to me by the worker here and the lack of support given by the Manager to address the employee's behavior. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years with purchasing treats, but most recently in February decided to try the grooming services. I had a good experience so I returned last Thursday before a vacation and brought my dog for a nail clipping. When I walked in, the employee asked for my phone number. I gave it. Molly happened to be our dog’s groomer and she did an amazing job! She was friendly and informative on in between-care techniques for our poodle and his hair type.
