Finding the right Groomer for your puppy has been a challenge, but I can honestly say from The moment met Victoria she was so Pleasant and sweet explained everything from Beginning to the end with this being our puppy first Grooming appointment we admit we were a bit nervous. I went to shop here and the Google hours are incorrect. There was a sign on the door with hours stating that they close at 2:30 pm Monday-Thursday and I can’t remember the hours for the rest of the week. Their treats are pretty expensive, but our dogs loved the chicken feet. The cashier was very friendly, which was nice. There was a problem with something I bought and the owner was very quick to respond to my Google review and make things right! This is exceptional customer service and I will be a repeat customer.
Our first time there and will definitely be back. Johnnie loves his new cut and so do we. Very friendly, clean, and courteous.
