I am extremely disappointed with my experience and, more importantly, with how my concerns were handled afterward. Prior to Ollie’s appointment, I provided multiple reference photos and we specifically discussed keeping him LONGER than the photos. Ollie had no matting or knots that would have required a shave-down. Despite this, I picked up a dog whose coat was taken dramatically shorter than expected and nowhere close to the examples I provided. My dog loves Miranda! She does such a great job with him. The facility is in a great location and he gets one on one attention while he’s there. Affordable compared to other groomers too. We love it!
I have taken my cocker spaniel puppy here twice now and had the best experiences with Jordan and Rebecca! My puppy is very anxious and I assume not the easiest to groom and they are so patient and gentle with her!
Loo is always looking good after seeing his groomer David!!
