Mortified by our recent experience and will NEVER be back. If you care about your pups appearance, this is not the spot for you. Brought our Yorkie here. I want to say, we were a repeat customer with the old management, so they have clear instructions in the notes on file for what we want and expect. When we picked her up, she was a Chihuahua. They SHAVED my Yorkie. The groomer should be arrested. Thank god hair grows back but I definitely won’t be back.
