This particular location is great, however, the store's franchise owner, Meredith is one of the most hateful and unprofessional individuals I have ever come across in my life. After treating my mother and I in an inexcusable manner when dropping our dogs off for grooming, Meredith called a few hours later to apologize for her illmannered and flawed behavior blaming an argument with her corporate office on her fowl mood.
