Phoned to see if my Audi could have brakes and coolant leaked checked on Monday , they said bring it right away and they could do it . It’s now Friday and nothing has been done as they are backed up . Now they are saying I can’t pick up the car till Wednesday of next week because they are so backed up ! If someone calls to ask for a car repair and you say you can do it right away then you leave them carless for a week and a half is unacceptable!
