I had a septic tank riser installed. It was not installed properly resulting in 2 feet of sand washing into the septic tank. The result was a burnt out septic tank pump. When Woody's came out to pump out my tanks as the tank was overflowing with sewage is when I found all this out. The employee saw all the mud in the tank he said it would cost me $800 to pump it all out unless I "took care of him". In other words give him money on the side to pump the mud out.
