The parts lady was very helpful with the repair questions
Woody's continue to impress us. We had bought from them and came back for a periodic inspection of the outside protection. They were done on time, having flagged an issue. As we live far from Red Deer (where we bought), they coordinated with Edmonton to contact us to schedule in there. Within an hour of leaving Red Deer, their Edmonton folks where calling to schedule it in..we were gob smacked! Where do i start!? From Rick our sales man( very knowledgeable, patient and kind, Chris the parts guy, really knows his stuff, the mechanic.. sorry forgot his name, hes amazing at what he does! My finance girl Minon is an absolute breath of fresh air! Woodys in Edmonton treat you like family 🥰 i hope to be able to deal with them again. What a stress free purchase this travel trailer was. Highly recommend!
