The woman working in the parts department was fantastic
Mike Kishiuchi provided great service, very informative, punctual and knowledgeable. Mike had everything arranged for our 8am arrival and hitch installation. He provided very detailed information during the walk through and final hookup stages. Mike also stayed late to assist us due to our mechanical issues. I would highly recommend Mike K. Today, we picked up our Solitude from Woody's RV World in Red Deer. It was in for frame flex inspection, and it happened that they repaired it. We live in our fifth wheel, and due to cold weather, my furnace quitting twice, and it sitting for two days without the skirt, needless to say the water systems froze up. As they took the front cap off, water came out. They diagnosed the problem to be poor roof joint sealant application. They then went over the whole roof fixing sealant problems.
