We recently purchased a new Bigfoot travel trailer from Woody’s and the experience has been top notch. On the first visit we dealt with Steve who was excellent in helping us choose the perfect camper for us, we also had our previous trailer valued by the GM, another great guy. There were zero pushy sales tactics, it was nice just spending a few hours looking at the options with zero pressure to commit. My wife and I are Americans living in Oregon and attended the Fall RV show at Woody's RV World in Abbotsford, BC. It was an excellent and well attended event. We recently helped my mother in law purchase an RV from Woody's. Our salesman was Ralph. It was a simple transaction that had some unexpected problems from the management. We were annoyed with how much of our time was wasted. The problems had nothing to do with Ralphs actions. They were all from upper management. Ralph handled the situation well. It is refreshing to see a young guy work as long and as hard as he does. Ralph carries himself well and hustles.

Then I find out that the place they took the motorhome to get the abs light fixed Dams Ford an employee broke the key off for the hood so now I can’t get the hood open and the lock needs to be replaced! I asked them to contact Wood... read more

Our experience in purchasing an RV from Woodys was in everyway pleasant and flawless. The salesman, Luke Ouellette was helpful, and knowledgeable. If he didn't know an answer to a question we had, he went and found it. Communication was clear and prompt . We never felt "pushed" or "rushed".
