My transmission failed on my Subaru and I am so grateful for Ryan texting me back quickly on a weekend so I could coordinate with him. The fact that he has a ton of experience with Subaru transmissions put my mind at ease, and he got it done really quickly and without charging nearly as much as it would have cost at a subaru dealership. The customer service, quality and speed of the repairs, and the cost were all fantastic. I highly recommend!
Poor communication, passive aggressive, rude. I gave Ryan a chance to be my forever mechanic and he failed.
