The absolute worst company I've ever worked with. Scheduling is literally non-existent. 3 months and they have canceled twice and now informed me it will be another month before they can get out. Meanwhile my fireplace isn't operational, which they've been aware of for the entire time I've been trying to schedule. Take your business elsewhere. Anyone would be better than this. I purchased a fireplace from this company at a cost of $9,000.00. I have had nothing but issues with it since it was installed. I have had this company back to my house for repairs three times and it is still not fixed. They will not stand behind their product and are refusing to come back out and make the repairs needed. As a fellow business owner I am shocked and appalled at the way they treat their customers.
Purchased a Jotul wood stove with a 25 year warranty on mfg workmanship. Called Woodys many times over a 5 month period. They claimed the were very busy. Finally an inspection was set up. The screw on the front door clasp would not tighten. They took pictures and said there was a service fee. I told them this was a warranty issue. The manager confirmed this over the phone.
