I was overcharged $6 for an item. Although the product was clearly marked, I was refused a refund because the owner made a mistake when he priced the product.

I’m sorry you feel you were overcharged, you weren’t. The price of the toy that you chose to purchase, was $19.99, it was mistakenly marked $13.99. You were told the correct price of $19.99 for this toy before you decided to buy it. Then a couple of weeks later, (today,) decide you want a $6 refund for the difference of the actual price (that you agreed to pay,) and the mistakened price of $13.99. I’m sorry, but you were NOT overcharged. You very easily could have put the toy back and not bought it.
