Been coming here about 4 years. No real issues until the last year. Washes in the automed area are inconsistent, streaks from whatever foam soap they use left on the vehicle - after paying for the top two washes offered. Used the self serve area several weeks ago to prewash the brake dust off my custom wheels, no soap came out of the foaming brush. Paid $14 for the BEST, the platknum service. Their einse was not working on both sides, only worked on drivers side. It not onlt WAXED THE SOAP ON but also there was still myd spits, etc on our truck. Then when going thru drier, we only got 6 seconds to dry truck! Passenger side wS ridiculiously wet, drivers sidd slightly wet. Car was still dirty after car wash went to use self serve. 8 quarters gives you a 1min 20sec rip off will not be back
