They tried to sell me a used part. I drove an hour round trip because they said on the phone that they had it in stock. I get there and they hand it to me and try to charge me. Literally black with carbon buildup. Waste of time.
Terrible service advisors. Had my truck for a month and still couldn’t get it fix before I showed up to get it. Wouldn’t recommend them for any service work.
