We used to love this place. Great wings, great sauce, but the past few times have been disappointing. Barely any sauce, wings were sitting in oil. We went a few more times after the first time this happened since we have been going for 20 years. We thought maybe it was an off day and we gave them a few more visits, they all turned out the same way. We have gone here since they were up on the hill at Buckley and Mexico. I don’t know what happened to this place... I’m sad that I had to give it a negative recommendation...
I went to Woody’s for my lunch break. I missed the sign that said wings take 20-25 minutes. My wings took maybe 20 minutes but I needed to get back to work. They quickly changed my order to Togo without blinking an eye. By the time I got the chance to eat it I saw why. TOTALLY WORTH IT. The fries are lightly breaded and crispy, wings cooked to perfection with a sauce that wasn’t just put together it rather painstakingly crafted. Can not recommend enough!!! Thank you!!!!
