That they suck and do not have any decentsy for their customers. I took in a dirt bike about 2 months ago, he told me that it would take a couple weeks to get it in great condition, got me the estimate and I told him to go ahead. Now 2 months later I go into his shop and its taken apart in pieces NOT fixed. He keeps saying he is waiting on parts but it will be done by the end of the week (I HAVE HEARD THAT SINCE WEEK 2!)
