Karen in financing was pretty rude. I had a confusing letter and was just asking what it told me to and was told I wasted 3 of her days.
They had my car for a little over a month and never started the car and let my battery die and then charged me for a new one and did nothing to fix my car
My wife and I bought a Ford Expedition XL from Woody Folsom during the Pandemic. We bought it site unseen and they brought it to us in Valdosta. All the paper work was correct and we have enjoyed the vehicle. In May 2025, we drove our family to Ft. Walton Beach, FL. on the way, i felt a transmission issue. Therefore, we took it to the local Ford Dealership. They kept it overnight and called saying we needed a new transmission $$$! I asked about the warranty which expired about 20k miles ago.
