Bought a brand new 2025 GMC 3500. Dealership has had it months. Lied to by service manager Mike. No dealer support even though we have a lifetime power train warranty. They rather block me and delete peoples comments about it than take accountability or apologize and show support. PLEASE SHARE!- since I am now blocked because they would rather block me than take accountability or even apologize for their service manager, Mike, lying to me. 08/22- My truck was returned on rollback this morning at 10. I got half a mile down the road before “75 MILES UNTIL REDUCED ENGINE POWER” and when I called the service manager, MIKE, told me to “Bring it back and I’ll reset it.” What?!
