If you bundle it's ok. Other wise it is very expensive. My husband passed away. I thought the insurance would go down but to my surprise it went up! Needless to say i got out of there fast!

Series of phone calls that were so painful to endure and took insanely longer than they should've to set up homeowners and auto policy when I bought a house in July 2016. Talking over 2.5hrs. Their computer has all of my info in it, so when I call needing to utilize auto insurance roadside assistance 7 months later, I get told "oh, well I don't have anything for you about auto insurance.
