Had a great experience getting my car serviced with the help of Mike! He stayed in communication during the repairs and answered all questions that I had. Very kind and helpful! Cashier was wonderful as well as everyone else who I had spoken to. Highly recommend!
If you are masochistic and like to spend lots of money and receive terrible customer service then this is the place for you. Went in with another estimate from 2 other mechanics. They couldn't find the same issues. Had 4 questions. They answered zero. They made other recommendations that were not part of the question. They kept the vehicle for 13 days and never called back with updates. Finally went in to pick up car after no return call (even to the Service Manager) and being placed on hold for 3 days straight.
