This place was a complete nightmare to work with. We ordered around $20,000 worth of flooring from them. Halfway through the install we realized the floor was defective. The customer service agent Meagan Luschen was impossible to communicate with. We actually ended up having to reach out to the manufacturer of the floor to get WoodWudy to take the flooring back. I ordered a 50PFLEXPRSSW power roller pneumatic power nailer with trigger pull. What I was sent was 50PFLEXW pneumatic nailer. I have the order summary with image showing with I ordered. I received a completely different gun... I 100% think it is unfair that you bait someone in with a deal like this just to send them something different... I will be sending it back and thank you for the return slip!
We order a certain powernail flooring nailer which was on their website. They sent us a totally different gun and said it's the one we ordered. Even though the model number didn't match. Then would not send the one we ordered. Would not return calls. Stay away from this company.
Chris was amazing! He was so patient and kind as my 82 yr old mother looked through many, many samples and asked tons of questions. In the end, she left so happy. It was as if it was Christmas morning!
