Best price but I got the different hardwood floor got delivered and no response about claiming the material. Sample shared by sales person is different from what got shipped to me

They have good prices, but understand that if they damage any of the flooring they won't take responsibility for it. We bought 5050 sq ft of Johnson flooring and had it delivered. They damaged some of it and Meagan Luschen in their office told me I was lucky more of it wasn't damaged with such a large order. She insisted that it should been used for cut pieces. Everyone at Woodwudy was amazing to work with! The ordering process was easy, the follow up with the team was great and everyone was so friendly! And they were the least expensive of the several quotes I got by far!! I read a lot of reviews that people were nervous to do the direct bank transfer but it was really easy and the floors came on time and undamaged!
