Continuing Saga of owning a home that Woodwirght Built. Our home will not heat above 67 degrees on cold winter days, with two furnaces and a fireplace. We found out that furnace/ductwork was not installed to size or code. Brand new ductwork, old removed $8,500. Upstairs pipes freeze and leak. Supply lines were wrongfully installed on exterior wall $4,000. to reroute. Drywall/insulation damage $5,000. replace. The list goes on and on. I would not trust Woodwright's building integrity or Architectural designs.
Do not buy a house that WoodWright Builders built ! We bought a house in Harbor Springs, Fall of 2022 that this company built. Was advertised as new construction. Biggest lemon ever! Come to find out, the house is only partially new construction. Walls are not level, framing is not solid or plumb, lumber is old, lighting is not center, switches are placed in odd locations, OSB is reused, ceiling drywall is wavy, interior doors not hung properly, framing is pieced together with scraps and is bowed, on and on.
