I had a great experience working with Willie and their staff. I'm not sure what Tom is talking about. I had the exact opposite experience. Willie even took time to educate me on the stain and application without me even asking. I did not refer to myself as a business, just a guy buying the same stain that an Amish company installed on our pavilion to install onto our balcony. I have never in my life entered a more unfriendly and unwelcoming business. The desk staff was extremely unhelpful and acting confused as to why we were even there, they had no samples for stain or sealer and were hesitant to speak. We were directed to speak with someone in the warehouse that basically steered us away and said he couldn’t help us. Please do not waste your time unless you are a very large company or an Amish man.
