Horrible experience, required a huge down-payment and nothing delivered for 1 1/4 years. Just excuses and now no answers to phone messages. Do not use this outfit! Finally got through and was told refund was in the mail. Never arrived. Was then told they would call and I could pick it up. No call. Finally was told they would deliver the refund. 2 plus weeks, no refund. Clearly never intended to deliver product or refund. Use this outfit at your own risk

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and should be shut down instantly. I do NOT recommend to anyone.

Broken a very nice wood chair, i called and brought it in same day. They repaired it and even added some support to ensure it will hold up. From great customer service, great and fair prices, and the quick turnaround- I would highly recommend them. Thank you !
