Poor customer service and lack of communication on their end resulted in the wrong countertop being made and delivered. They made an attempt to rectify their mistake which I did appreciate but then they ended up not actually following through on their promise. I repeatedly had to call after our meeting to try and recieve a new quote for the new countertop I wanted but to no avail.
