The worst customer service and follow through! Avoid this company at all costs! Made an error on a job for my 83 year old mother. Made appointments to come fix and never showed up. Promised to fix the situation by October of 2024. It is now January and Eddie won't return phone calls. Reporting this company to the Contractors State License Board and then filing Small Claims. Avoid!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Woodwork Innovations. I was initially impressed when a young, pleasant individual came for a consultation regarding a complete kitchen makeover. Despite their youth, they were courteous and seemed knowledgeable, which gave me some confidence in their ability to manage the project.
