Dr. P and his staff are wonderful. We have brought our whole extended family here for 5 years and the care has been consistent, thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. He refers out when needed, gives me choices and options for care, and handles my questions with education & patience. Shout outs to Meredith (excellent hygienist), Jayce & Melissa (wonderful assistants) and Sheila (who keeps the office running). All around good people providing excellent dental care!
I've now been with this practice for almost 2 years, and I wish everyone could have this dentist. Every single person on that staff is so friendly and kind. And Dr P himself is genuinely the best dentist I've ever had (and I've lived in a lot of places, so I've run the gamut). He's a great combination of matter-of-fact, silly, and caring, and if any of you are scared of needles like I am? I don't know what his magic is, but I never feel it. Updated 5 star to 1 star - it’s become apparent this place is a bait and switch situation. They state “pre-approved” from insurance but of course when the bill comes; it’s completely different. When calling them out, their only rebuttal is the fact that I signed a paper at checkout stating the amount I was paying was an estimate. Ofc I didn’t catch this as they’re talking to you, making you try to pay etc all at the same time.
