In the last 1.5 years under this new Property Management Companty, absolutely horrible. The building has gone done and we who live here cannot even get a repair done and we are paying rent. My roof has been like this for going on 4 months now. Its unacceptable. 8/4/2025

Absolutely am so thrilled with my apartment, it is perfect! Justin made the application & move in process so easy! I am very pleased with my experience moving in & love the building!
I’ve lived here for a few months now and have had a positive experience. The 1920s-style apartments are spacious with interesting architectural elements and excellent natural light. Justin is always super helpful and made coordinating this move simple at each step of the process. The property and grounds are well maintained and Craig is always fast to respond for any repair or facilities needs.
