I had a water emergency and I called Ian. Never used or spoke to Ian before, but after explaining by burst broken tap he said he could come over & help ASAP. Ian had me sorted within the hour. I cannot stress how great he was to come and help. If anything needs doing in the future I will be sure to give Ian a ring. Thanks again!
