Would be nice if they filled prescriptions WHEN they are called in. Today they insulted me with "We didn't fill it bc we weren't sure you would want to pay the $70 co-pay". OMG. How presumptuous and insulting!! This is not the first time they've hit me with that sort of crap. I have a FT job; I have health insurance. *I have always had health insurance*. They have the info on record. At least Woodward has motivated me to finally fill out the paperwork to get my prescriptions by mail. I can get the meds I need minus the attit... read more

Lovely young woman you have working there. In a Facebook discussion of the pit bull mauling death of a 75-year-old Arkansas woman, your employee, Lyn Dipko, opined that "she probably deserved it." May I suggest that sensitivity training might be in order for Ms. Dipko? I attempted to post the discussion URL so you could see for yourself but your page won't allow it. Thank you for your attention.
It sure would be nice if someone in the pharmacy had some consideration for the customers. I can't tell you how many times we have went there to pick up a prescription that was delivered days earlier. Only to find out they don't have it ,or couldn't fill. Is it really to much to ask for a phone call informing a person of the situation. You sure don't have a problem calling when you have a prescription that is due for a refill. I know for a fact that my household is not the only one that has had this problem there.
Mary at Woodward Pharmacy is the absolute best !!!!!! She is very knoweledgeable and goes above and beyond her job duties to help the customer !!!!!!!
