My partner and I applied for this loft and we were approved. My partner scheduled a tour for Saturday June 6th using their system. We show up for the tour 15 minutes early and the office is closed. We wait expecting someone to show up to the office and they don’t. We finally leave 25 minutes after the scheduled start time and multiple phone calls. This review is for Walter, me and my roommate recently moved in and Walter has been so helpful with everything. He has quick and timely responses. Walter has made our move in experience exceptional! This man deserves a raise for how much he manages and how good his response times are for managing such a big apartment complex!
Wildly incompetent management group. Scheduled a tour roughly a week a half ago. Multiple confirmations via text and email. One confirming literally the day of the tour. I go down there and they call me after my tour was suppose to start saying “we aren’t open on Saturday” even though their hours are clearly posted on the building and website… Want to blame “AI Scheduling” but the problem I have here is no one look at the schedule?
NOT LUXURY AT ALL. Poor management that does not upkeep the building, leaking water in units and hallways so there's obviously mold issues, heating and A/C units that are not sized properly for the units cause insane Ameren bills, bugs galore in units. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION THESE ARE OVERPRICED UNITS AND YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION
