Another neighbor and i have been complaining about a loud neighbor for months and the staff hasn't done anything to stop it to the point my other neighbor is moving out because of them. I like the staff in person but the lack of control they have of the building is ridiculous.

1. This has been one of the worst maintenance experiences that I have ever had. I have been logging maintenance requests for the same problem for a year. Each time I was told that they fixed it. They added coolant. They cleaned the coils. I continued to note that my a/c was not cooling my home. I requested that the windows be tinted. I was told that "I was welcomed to take on the expense of tinting them myself" the cost would be over $3000!!! My partner and I applied for this loft and we were approved. My partner scheduled a tour for Saturday June 6th using their system. We show up for the tour 15 minutes early and the office is closed. We wait expecting someone to show up to the office and they don’t. We finally leave 25 minutes after the scheduled start time and multiple phone calls. This review is for Walter, me and my roommate recently moved in and Walter has been so helpful with everything. He has quick and timely responses. Walter has made our move in experience exceptional! This man deserves a raise for how much he manages and how good his response times are for managing such a big apartment complex!
