I've had them for about a year now. I had to fight for us to even be seen my youngest. Went in with an issue there is supposed to have called us back to figure out another step and nothing. I'm over it.

They refused to see me despite having the insurance plan that requires you to see them. I have autism as well as chronic pain and came into the clinic to see my PCP because I was having stomach pain. After asking questions about why my visit didn’t go the way I thought appropriate, they escalated my concerns for no reason. I never got a response as to why my concern wasn’t addressed, I never got treated for my pain, and instead I got told I could never come back to the clinic. Terrible place to go for treatment. I am the caretaker of someone with seizures and asthma and this clinic has done something I’ve never seen at a doctor office. They literally refused to help because he lost his parents insurance this year. I’ve never seen someone at a doctors office refuse to help their patients,not to mention he’s been going there for years. I promise you’ll do your kids a service by sending them somewhere that their future insurance will also work with. Not only people who work at Woodward.
