Great prices and easy to work with.
Not opened during business business hours after the 4th. No post on their Facebook page, nothing on Google, nothing on their phone message. Just a sign taped to the door. Drove out for nothing. Hours are limited to standard work hours and some hours Saturday normally. It’s 2025, gotta use the tools to communicate to customers. Will take my business elsewhere.
They told me they'd be open today 5-26 11am-2pm. Well it's noon & Noone still there, EXTREMELY UPSET. I rented a tractor & trailer to haul & spread river rock at my house & my business. How can you run a business like this?? There was 6 cars waiting with me!!
Hats off to this business. We really should takes notes. Somehow despite not answering the phone after several attempts (on several occasions), nobody manning the front desk, and having doors locked during advertised business hours they still manage to stay in business! Most recently I was audibly laughed at by someone at this place of business for inquiring about a same-day material delivery. I will admit they apologized but how ridiculously inappropriate.
