Best medical practice I've ever visited and always accommodate any needs I've ever requested or required. Polite and friendly staff and doctors. Waiting is never too long if at all.
Today I had an appointment with Dr. Thayaparan. I came for my daughter’s vaccination, but he told me I arrived too late because the staff who give the vaccines had already finished for the day. I said, “Okay.” Then I asked him to give me a referral for some blood tests, but he refused. He said he wouldn’t provide the referral because the tests were requested by my fitness coach. That wasn’t the main issue. The biggest problem was that he didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and didn’t pay attention to my concerns.
Doctor Dolan is very helpful, he helped me a lot.
