Came in here to get bloods done. When you walk in, there’s a big block. On the other side of that block is a tiny sign saying SA Path is open, and a box of numbers. It’s very easy to miss. I walked right past it, as someone who has never been here before, saw the sign for SA Path down the hall and walked towards it. I was then directed back out to get a number where one of the receptionists (Anna) practically yelled at me that I have to get a number and wait out here - which I was literally already doing. We have been using these Dr for 20 years found the whole practice fantastic
The reception staff are stern but polite and very efficient — everything runs smoothly and on time. I never have to wait long to be seen, which is a rare and much-appreciated experience. Dr. Hank Ly was particularly excellent: attentive, thorough, and always followed up when needed. It's a real shame he was only on a contract, as he made a lasting impression with his care and professionalism.
Very happy with this Practice & in particular Dr Sam. She is lovely & super efficient & all-over caring for my health.
