The reception staff are stern but polite and very efficient — everything runs smoothly and on time. I never have to wait long to be seen, which is a rare and much-appreciated experience. Dr. Hank Ly was particularly excellent: attentive, thorough, and always followed up when needed. It's a real shame he was only on a contract, as he made a lasting impression with his care and professionalism.

I have been a patient at this practice for several years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly and professional administration staff. I have also seen many of doctors at the practice and all of them are knowledgeable and competent - you are not just a number. The nursing staff are also very helping and caring. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic - they go above and beyond for their patients.
