Very disappointed misleading pricing and broken promises. I had a poor experience with Woodville Wreckers. They promised me a lower price over the phone, but once I arrived, they used clever tactics to increase the cost. It’s frustrating and feels dishonest. Chris, stick to what you say, if you can’t deliver the promised price, don’t get people’s hopes up by offering discounts you won’t honour. Not the kind of service I expected.
