My experience with Woodvilla Homes has been extremely disappointing. After signing the contract, there was a delay of over 1.5 years, and construction never even began. Later, I was asked to pay an additional $70,000 just to proceed with building the same house. By that point, construction costs had already risen significantly due to the delay.
