The doctors,nurses and other specialists are kind and attentive. I have removed a star as I do find it intimidating speaking to the older receptionists where they can be rather strict with their sharp tone. The younger receptionists, may not have the experience, but do take the time work with the patients. As a hard of hearing patient i sometimes have to ask them to speak up because they don't put the loop on at times. This can be awkward. There is significant change in a receptionist team. Two receptionist were very supportive, helping to resolve the issues with a smile. Brilliant people skills. Please , keep them here ! They make such a massive change

Very bad service and unprofessional receptionist . Went twice for appointment and due to rota change appointment shift . Should be informed prior to appointment

Well were to start. The doctors are lovely and very helpful however, the wait times. Evey time ive been here they are always behind. Oh but you cant be late. Ans theres no way you get 10 minutes in the application: this is a joke! Sort it out, i get to my appointment early, yet im still sat here 30+ minutes after my appointment time still waiting to be seen.
