From the start we had issues with water damage, mouse, ants, raw sewage in the back yard, broke AC unit, pieces of rust coming out of bathroom sink, toliet not running properly, and leaky faucets. Per woodview they “forgot” several times to put work orders in to fix the problem. Always had to call multiple times to even get these issues fixed and sometimes they still wouldn’t fix the issue.
