Been going to Woodvale Park Medical Centre for the last 20 years. Always brilliant healthcare until yesterday with Dr Alison Noble. Went at my lowest point in physical manifestations of severe stress, in fear of stroke or heart attack. Told my blood pressure was really high. Left with a print out of breathing exercises and the number for Lifecare. I was the last patient for the day. The receptionist wasn't there. I called out. Nothing. Very disappointing experience with the centre. First time my appointment was cancelled and they didn’t advised. After waiting in the reception for a while they advised doctor will not be there. Second time I booked appointment for my daughter and they didn’t accept it as they said the doctor won’t have new patients! So disappointing as I’m an existing patient and I should find somewhere else for my daughter.
Very professional care that doesn’t feel rushed.
