The reception team is always friendly and helpful. I had a great interaction with Jane today, where I made a mistake in arranging a recurring appointment. Been going to Woodvale Park Medical Centre for the last 20 years. Always brilliant healthcare until yesterday with Dr Alison Noble. Went at my lowest point in physical manifestations of severe stress, in fear of stroke or heart attack. Told my blood pressure was really high. Left with a print out of breathing exercises and the number for Lifecare. I was the last patient for the day. The receptionist wasn't there. I called out. Nothing.
