I recently changed GPs to here after moving house, and I cannot recommend Dr Vasey or the quality of patient care here at all. The staff who answer the phones have been rude and abrupt "what do you want with her?" (after calling to try and make an appointment), and whether or not it's the Doctor's job or the Medical Center's job, no-one informed me that my GP was leaving. I only found out after ringing up to make a follow-up appointment for a series of blood tests and an MRI for an ongoing health issue - "oh she doesn't work... read more
Terrible experience with the gp. Measured my bp on right arm, noted as left. When I expressed concerns about higher blood pressure reading she was dismissive. Waited for my appointment for about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The receptionists were nice though.
The reception team is always friendly and helpful. I had a great interaction with Jane today, where I made a mistake in arranging a recurring appointment. Jane was friendly the entire time and was able to fit me in at very little notice. Thank you to the team at Woodvale Park Medical Centre, and Jane :) Edit Another good experience...
