I was at this property for a tour and the consultant Nasim Radder was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. Environmentally the property was clean and decent. Bravo to management.
Kilda Siufanua is outstanding! Since moving into Woodvale, she has always been kind, professional, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. Her positive attitude and reliability make a huge difference for tenants, and I’m grateful for all she does to make Woodvale a great place to live. Kilda is a great asset to both the team and the Woodvale Apartment community.

I lived at this property for 2 years. This property is infested with roaches and mice. I had mice coming out the baseboards. We had to use duck tape to seal the holes. The property did nothing about . And the property charged me for replacing the carpet on a unit that was poorly renovated. Old washer and dyers , shower paint was peeling and property refused to fix it. I would not suggest Woodvale Apts. to nobody. Do not waste your money like I did. This property doesn't deserve any stars

Fue muy amable con toda la información necesario y me Ayudo con la aplicación muchísimas gracias por su tiempo y excelente atención también al señor manejar muy lindas personas los recomiendo
