I really like the pen kits Woodturningz offers. I especially like the Nimble and Magnate pen kits. They have good prices and are quick to get orders out and delivered.

This place has poor customer service. After making an online order I noticed through tracking that the package was stuck at one location. Having this happen to before and the package lost, I called customer support. They said it is my responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim. They said I would need to wait 30 days. Asked what the additional $1 (insurance) they add to shipping was for if it was not for lost packages. They had no answer. USPS automatically includes $100 insurance for ground shipping, so I wonder what th... read more

Generally sell low quality products. Have had nothing but problems with a number of their blanks. The blanks supplied by PSI have been good but many of the others, particularly the "limited supply" blanks have been nothing but garbage. Might as well buy directly from PSI. Not worth the trouble. Truly
