My daughter loves to crochet, and I enjoy wood turning. I found an interchangeable crochet hook kit on the Wood Turningz website. I placed my order, and it shipped and arrived within a week. Over the weekend, I sorted through the wood to use for turning the hook handle and discovered that the collet was missing from the kit. I really like the pen kits Woodturningz offers. I especially like the Nimble and Magnate pen kits. They have good prices and are quick to get orders out and delivered.
This place has poor customer service. After making an online order I noticed through tracking that the package was stuck at one location. Having this happen to before and the package lost, I called customer support. They said it is my responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim. They said I would need to wait 30 days. Asked what the additional $1 (insurance) they add to shipping was for if it was not for lost packages. They had no answer. USPS automatically includes $100 insurance for ground shipping, so I wonder what th... read more
