I was not very happy with my experience. In the beginning, things went okay until I dropped off my rent within my grace period but she didn’t check her drop box for 3 days after so I still received the automated billing for a late fee. When I text her to correct it she was very rude to me. Later down the road, someone attempted to break into my storage unit as well as the one next to mine.
