I really like my provider, but the admin staff is terrible. No one EVER picks up.the phone or returns messages. So frustrating!
Lied about services. Then tried to gaslight me and called me “angry” because I stood up to leave after they lied. Insurance grab medicine
My doctor was ok if a little distant to some of my concerns. However the reception is the real issue. They never ever answer the phones, it matters not what day or hour you call. And then they take 2-3 to get back to you only to call during peak business hours with assumption that no matter what job you work you can just answer them.
