The providers i have met with have been wonderful. The business, however, is not the best to work with. I was very disappointed when my provider left the practice, but I wanted to stay with WW rather than follow the counselor I was working with, only to have to pay $145 out of pocket because WW decided I needed a new patient appointment even though I'd been with them for 4 years already. Sarah Anderson is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a medical practitioner. She is insulting, dismissive, and totally checked out. She talked about herself the ENTIRE time and even mentioned not liking her job and being there for the paycheck. RUN FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
