Ive been with this practice for almost a year and have dealt with the same problems month after month. The biggest issue is responsiveness. A few months ago they changed their medication refill to online only and their phone recording started sending you to the website for refills. Thats fine, but when I submit for new medication through the refill portal, it routinely takes a week for my pharmacy to get the request. After auditing our family’s clinical records for appointments dating back to at least 2023, I discovered a consistent pattern of what appears to be systemic “upcoding”. For nearly every session involving three separate family members, WoodStream billed moderate-intensity medical codes and psychotherapy add-on codes (CPT 99214 and 90833).
