Units too far from parking area, too easy to hear neighbors in units
Roaches everywhere. The smell is gross. It smells like mold. People staring into your home leaning over balcony. This community is surrounded with low income households. Kids are out of control and neighbors walk up to your car or house and ask for money or drugs. This place is an environmental hazard. I have contacted Colorado Health and Environment.
