I was getting married and wanted to do Smores. I asked if they sell firewood. They said no, but they had these wood pellets that are even better. Not only were they better, but they gave me a couple free packs. They were so nice and their fireplaces and stoves looked fantastic. If I'm in need of a fireplace or stove in the future, I'll be going here. These people are awesome!

I went in about 6 months ago to look at fireplace inserts and not only were they not very helpful but extremely rude! The woman was VERY arrogant, condescending and rude to a very sweet little elderly lady as I waited my turn. I felt so bad for her! She left and they talked bad of her right in front of me! always helpful when I go in to get coal for my stove they give me advice and tips every visit great service someone is always there when I come in the door and ready to help !

I buy my wood stove pellets here. I bought 2 tons and they store them and i can come pick up what I need. This works so well for me because i dont like storing 2 tons at my house. I've picked up 1 ton so far with two trips. I paid $267 per ton which is a great price good quality hardwood pellets. They inly carry one brand and its pure oak. And its from a flooring company out of Galax, VA. I like that because Im supporting a VA based business and the truckers are not bringing them in from a far ways away, which seem to make s... read more
