Absolutely fabulous. I called because I couldn't place a custom order on their website. Each time I called, a person picked up quickly and had all the answers I needed. (read: no AI, automated voice or call center that doesn't know anything and just opens tickets) They worked super fast. In my case, there was a little issue, and they fixed it right away and even took some cost on them without me even asking or hinting at it. Not happy cus I don't get a refund my book lied n inter lied n now I'm out over $200
I have an older Breckwell gas stove that was damaged in a lightning strike. These guys spent a lot of time with me finding the correct hard to find products to get my stove up and running again. Reasonably priced and very helpful. Highly recommended!!
One of the best companies I’ve worked with They responded to my emails quick and promptly, I had one glass piece get lost in shipping and they sent a new one and had another piece that wasn’t the right size and they sent a new right away with no hassle would recommend to anyone look for glass for there wood stove
Sold me a piece of glass that broke within 10 minutes of having a fire I had replaced a different piece of glass on the other door and didn’t have a issue and I ordered the same size and had it installed exactly like the other one total hearth wanted no part in replacing it wouldn’t ever shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend
